Chinese National Healthy Living Centre

The centre was set up to help the Chinese communities in Britain gain full and equal access to health and social services provided by the statutory and voluntary sectors. The centre has no dedicated HIV / sexual health project, but provides basic information and referrals on HIV and sexual health in Cantonese and English. Positive Health

A health-related fitness programme for men and women affected by HIV/AIDS which encourages users to follow a personal exercise programme with a view to improving fitness, self esteem and quality of life.The scheme offers a 12-week professionally supervised fitness programme, including a fitness assessment, an exercise programme, the allocation of a trainer for each participant, group exercise sessions and complementary therapies. The Helios Centre

Helios provides holistic health services for people with chronic physical and emotional conditions. We offer a range of holistic healthcare treatments and talking therapies to people who are living with HIV. These are provided by our dedicated team of professional and experienced therapists. For people on low income we offer heavily subsidised rates. Where possible we ask for a contribution of £20 for a session and in some cases further subsidy is given. The treatments take place at our centre in Kings Cross and include: counselling, psychotherapy, therapeutic massage, healing, acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy, osteopathy, shiatsu and nutrition advice.
